Positive: The lady was amazing and her directions to the property was super. Also having arrived in kisii at 1am she was patient with me and allowed late check in.

Negative: The last day retrieval of my car from the parking took 2hours it was an inconvenience since I was on a long distance trip. Soldier to be better at planning the vehicles.
